Professional Background

In 2017, Greg Kendall created Kendall Realty Consulting Group, LLC (KendallRCG) to provide best-in-class consulting and appraisal services to its valued clients.  Prior to that, Mr. Kendall served as National Practice Leader of Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory (formerly Landauer)’s Hospitality & Leisure specialty group and head of Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC)’s Gulf Coast office and founder and Managing Director of RERC Hospitality Services.

Mr. Kendall has been active in real estate consulting for over 29 years, providing consulting, valuation, litigation support, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders, on assignments covering 48 U.S. states, Mexico, Latin America, Singapore, and Israel.

Mr. Kendall has extensive national experience with various commercial real estate property types, including regional and super-regional malls, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial development, apartment projects, residential and commercial subdivisions, hotels, golf courses, and special-use developments such as restaurants, automobile dealerships, marinas, and ski resorts.

Regarding the hospitality and leisure specialty practice, Mr. Kendall has performed studies, appraisals, and appraisal reviews involving hundreds of hotels, golf courses, casinos, resorts, and other hospitality-related assets in most major U.S. markets including Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Hartford, Honolulu, Houston, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Louisville, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Mobile, Nashville, New Orleans, New York (Manhattan), Oklahoma City, Orlando, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Portland, Richmond, St. Louis, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Seattle, Tampa, Tucson, and Washington, D.C.  Properties analyzed range from modest limited-service properties to destination resorts with values in the billions of dollars.
